Maintenance Control Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise the MCC and coordinate with ops
• Ensure MCC staff are trained and scheduled for 24/7 ops
• Interface MCC with other departments for aircraft status
• Coordinate training programs for maintenance organization
• Provide technical support to minimize aircraft downtime
• Manage deferred maintenance coordination with Dispatch/OCC/Reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years airline experience; wide-body preferred
• 2+ years MCC experience; Airbus/Boeing preferred
• Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P)
• High School Diploma/GED; Associate degree preferred
• Authorized to work in the US; pass background check
• Computer literate; strong written and verbal communication; read wiring diagrams
