📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate maintenance team for upkeep, repairs, and turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Oversee scheduling of in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties.
• Lead customer-service driven team to improve resident experience.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and adherence to policies.
• Support 624-unit community with a 9-person maintenance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of trade-related experience.
• At least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance across trades.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Willing to share on-call with other team members.
