Lead maintenance tasks with two assistant supervisors
Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances
Schedule in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties with team
Maintain high occupancy and quality service through professional maintenance practices

🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor
Strong working knowledge of building maintenance
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal)
Hands-on HVAC repair experience
Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and email
DMV license; background/criminal check will be conducted
