🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
- EPA/CFC Refrigerant Certification (Type I/II or Universal).
- Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
- Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and email.
- Valid driver's license, transportation and own tools.
