🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory.
Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
Computer skills to manage work orders, scheduling, and communications.
DMV and background checks will be conducted; valid driver's license and tools required.
