🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years trade experience; 2+ years supervisory in apartment maintenance.
- EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
- Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
- Computer skills to manage work orders, turns, and communication.
- Willing to share on-call with other team members.
- Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required.
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: starting at $26/hour depending on experience.
- Sign-on bonus: $1500.
- On Call Bonus: $150/week plus $150 per holiday on call.
- Quarterly Bonus: up to $1,110 based on performance.
