📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team to maintain property upkeep.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall repairs.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; on-call rotation.
• Lead the maintenance team to maximize rents and occupancy.
• Provide customer-service driven maintenance for residents.
• Work at the Left Bank property in Fort Worth, TX.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; at least 2 years supervising.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and email.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; DMV/background checks.
