🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and carpentry.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, and email.
DMV and background check will be conducted.
