Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate service team to maintain grounds and buildings.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor maintenance work.
• Share on-call duties with the team.
• Hands-on role focused on quality maintenance and resident service.
• Operate with safety and adhere to policies/procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1+ year in maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Computer skills to manage work orders and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license; DMV and background check will be conducted.
