Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate the service team to maintain grounds and buildings.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry.
• Schedule and supervise all in-house and vendor work; share on-call.
• Hands-on maintenance role focused on quality service and occupancy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I/II or Universal).
• HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, turns, and supplies.
• Valid driver’s license, transportation and tools; on-call availability.
• DMV and background check will be conducted.
