Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

📋 Description

• Coordinate service team for upkeep, inventory, and property repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Share on-call duties with team.
• Maintain occupancy and asset condition via preventive maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1+ year in apartment maintenance lead/supervision.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Computer skills: manage work orders, scheduling, ordering supplies, emailing.
• Willing to share on-call with team; valid driver's license and tools.
