🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years trade experience; 2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
- EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
- Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
- Computer skills for work orders, scheduling, ordering supplies, email.
- Willing to share on-call with team.
- Valid driver's license, transportation and tools.
- DMV and background checks will be conducted.
