🎯 Requirements
- BSME or BSEE with 10+ years in maintenance/reliability in heavy industry.
- 5+ years of leadership in maintenance teams.
- Hands-on troubleshooting of complex equipment and reliability issues.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS and work order management systems.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
