- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with CDC pipelines
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform or similar
- Experience building CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
- Experience with Kafka and Flink or similar
- Experience in query optimization, resource and cost management
