📋 Description

  • Design scalable post-sales enablement across the customer lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in CS/PS/post-sales in B2B SaaS
  • 2-4 years enablement or field enablement
  • Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs driving behavior change
  • Experience supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise post-sales teams
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, or similar tools
  • Experience with an LMS or enablement platform; WorkRamp a plus
