🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of mainframe experience in a large enterprise or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of z/OS installation and SMP/E maintenance.
- Working knowledge of TSO/ISPF/SDSF/JCL.
- Working knowledge of Unix System Services (USS) and USS security.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under Major Incident pressure.
