Provide premium Mainframe network system programming support for Ensono clients.
Work with mainframe network components and OEM software to optimize environments.
Collaborate with vendor personnel to resolve mainframe network problems.
Fulfill customer service requests for Mainframe z/OS network and related products.
Install/upgrade Mainframe network products per best practices and Ensono standards.
Provide 24x7x365 support across multiple time zones.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of Mainframe network programming support experience.
Thorough understanding of mainframe OS principles and subsystems.
Experience with installation/upgrade of Mainframe Network ISV software.
SMPE knowledge.
TCP/IP incl DVIPA/DDVIPA, IPSEC, IPFILTER, IDS, EE, SNA, VTAM, APPN.
