Design, develop, and maintain mainframe apps using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ, VSAM.
Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Manager) and workflows.
L1-L3 maintenance and production support for mainframe apps; resolve incidents per SLA.
Provide technical troubleshooting for complex applications and integrations.
Performance tuning and optimization of mainframe apps and DB queries.
Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams.
