Mail Coordinator - Quality of Service | Mid shift (9am - 5pm)

📋 Description

• Support ongoing QA audits across multiple stages of the Operations department.
• Monitor quality standards, QA processes, SLAs, and USPS specifications.
• Oversee insert campaigns and manage updates to consumables and handling procedures.
• Mid shift: 9am – 5pm at the NJ facility.
• Coordinate completed mail using Palletization software and ensure USPS compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and QA procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in QOS.
• Experience as a QoS Manager or similar high-level QOS role is a plus.
• Secondary school completion; University Degree.
• ISO Certification and Six Sigma Training preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like palletizing mail.
