📋 Description

• Ensure the highest level of guest care and Magnolia’s brand service.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service.
• Create high-quality beverages and coffees per Magnolia’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming bar and dining area; assist guests with questions.
• Follow recipes; operate coffee machines; keep drinkware clean.
• Support opening/closing duties and respond to guest needs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire.
• Must be available weekends, nights, and special events.
• Proficient in operating coffee machines and beverage equipment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
