🎯 Requirements

7+ years PM exp; 3+ yrs in software leadership.
Enterprise SaaS, customer success, delivery experience.
Drive scalable PM frameworks and process improvements.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum; Jira setup, dashboards, reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder mgmt; fast-paced env.
Capacity planning, resource mgmt, risk assessment.
