🎯 Requirements
- 8 years of progressive CNC machining experience required.
- Knowledge of machining and GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD and CAM software.
- Knowledge of metrology and dimensional inspection methods.
- Fixture design and stack-up analysis.
- Proficiency in understanding Design for Manufacturability (DFM) methodologies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
