📋 Description

• Supervise daily machine shop operations to meet reliability and production goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technicians with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations on work orders.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage scheduling, tooling, inventory, and resources for critical work.
• Ensure safety, procedures, and quality in a clean, organized shop.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in machining, fabrication, or machine shop ops; leadership preferred.
• Experience with manual and CNC machining, tooling, and setup.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment docs.
• Proven ability to lead teams across Maintenance, Engineering, Ops.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs around industrial equipment.
