Operate and maintain production machines (bindery, cutters, laminators, MOLL, Horizon Die MGI, ABG)
Identify, troubleshoot, escalate equipment failures to management
Adhere to SOPs for quality and safety
Accurately report completed orders using approved systems
Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
Maintain equipment and stations for the next shift

🎯 Requirements

Strong mechanical background and willingness to learn
Experience troubleshooting and running machines; solid mechanical principles
Quick learner; proficient operating various machinery
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand long shifts safely
4+ years experience operating production machines (nice to have)
