Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to management
Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safe operations
Accurately report completed orders using approved systems
Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
Maintain equipment and stations for the next shift
Maintain quality standards and escalate issues to supervisor

🎯 Requirements

Strong mechanical background with willingness to learn
Experience troubleshooting and running machines; mechanical principles
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and operate various machinery
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts
