- Maintain and repair assets to keep them operating.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on CNCs: 5-axis milling, mill-turn, lathes.
- Troubleshoot and repair control and electrical systems: PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amps, I/O, sensors.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems: actuators, valves, pumps, filters.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems: ball screws, linear rails, guideways, gearboxes.
- Drive forklifts and company vehicles.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 5+ years in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair.
- Associates degree in a technical discipline (preferred).
- Experience with CNC control systems: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenheimer.
- Experience installing, aligning and commissioning 5-axis machines in aerospace.
- Adjust CNC geometry: straightness, squareness, linear accuracy, servo tuning, TCP.
