Build and lead a multi-skilled technician team for process equipment.
Create/update preventive maintenance work plans and schedules for assets.
Support engineers/planner to set corrective maintenance type and deadlines to form PM schedule.
Partner with engineering to adopt new tech for production ops.
Build and manage spares inventory for each equipment type.
Supervise maintenance execution and troubleshoot to timely completion.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in machining/maintenance or 5+ years experience in machining/maintenance.
2+ years direct leadership experience.
