🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED
4+ years in industrial/machine maintenance
3+ years maintaining complex manufacturing equipment in a high-volume environment
Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification
Experience troubleshooting automation and control systems (PLC, HMIs, sensors, actuators)
CMMS proficiency and data analytics for reliability
