📋 Description

• Design and evaluate deep learning models across histopathology, genomics, cfDNA
• Develop multimodal AI architectures integrating H&E imaging with molecular and clinical data
• Build scalable ML pipelines on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Apply CNNs, Vision Transformers, and foundation-model fine-tuning
• Collaborate with technical and clinical teams to deploy tools
• Analyze model outputs to generate biological and clinical insights

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CS, computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field with ML focus
• Core ML experience for biomedical applications (imaging, pathology, genomics)
• Hands-on PyTorch and production-grade Python programming
• DL architectures: CNNs, transformers, attention, representation learning
• Experience with distributed/cloud computing (AWS)
• Proven ability to own research and deploy robust workflows
