🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in ML, NLP, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and DL architectures (Transformers, diffusion models, RLHF).
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
• Demonstrated ability to design and analyze experiments with statistical rigor.
• Experience publishing research or contributing to open-source ML/NLP/AI evaluation.
• Comfortable with real-world usage data and designing metrics beyond benchmarks.
