📋 Description

• Managing, coaching and developing a team of Machine Learning specialists.
• Focus ML effort on high-impact fraud problems.
• Partner with PMs, Risk, Eng, and Data to shape roadmaps.
• Ensure end-to-end ML lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, governance.
• Maintain high bar for ML excellence: performance, explainability, reproducibility, observability.
• Build a culture of feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
