• Contribute to ML research on protein sequence, structure, and function.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PhD student in applied math, CS, stats, or related field.
• Experience with generative ML methods and LLM workflows.
• Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in Python; data analysis with NumPy/Scipy, R.
• Experience with protein sequence or structure data is a plus.
• Experience building agentic apps that orchestrate LLMs is a plus.
