Partner with researchers, PMs, and platform teams to turn research into features.
Improve engineering practices: testing, reproducibility, deployment workflows.
Support transition of research prototypes to production systems.

🎯 Requirements

Experience leading or managing teams in ML or research.
Experience with ML systems/frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Understanding distributed systems and large-scale training.
Clear communication and collaboration across research and engineering.
Partnered with product and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
Interest in music technology, audio, or generative AI.
