Machine Learning Engineer, Support Experience

📋 Description

• Design, train, deploy, and own production ML models for support
• Build conversational AI using LLMs to answer questions
• Personalize product documentation with ML
• Create and run end-to-end ML pipelines and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in ML/AI or related field
• 3+ years in AI/ML and backend engineering with production systems
• Deep applied LLM experience: RAG, embeddings, tool calling, planning
• Proficient in Python; strong distributed systems fundamentals
• Experience collaborating with product, design, engineers
• Strong technical leadership and communication
