🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software or AI/ML experience deploying models.
• Passion for open financial systems and protecting users.
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques (risk ML, NLP, anomaly detection).
• Proficient Python; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch; data processing.
• Strong collaboration and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Nice to have: experience with MLOps, feature stores, Spark, Kafka.
