Work with large-scale data to build ML models for Airbnb products.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, ops, and data scientists to define requirements and impact.
Develop, productionize, and operate ML models and pipelines at scale (batch and real-time).
Leverage tools/infrastructure to create high-performing ML systems with low latency.

🎯 Requirements

PhD in ML/AI or 2+ years industry exp with MS/BS.
Strong programming: Scala, Python, Java, or C++.
Deep ML practices including training/serving skew, AB tests, feature/model selection.
Experience with 3+ of: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hive.
Understand large-scale API and data pipeline architectures.
Able to lead across teams and pick ML methods with a clear next steps vision.
