📋 Description

• Design, build, evaluate, and ship agentic features and interactive experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features that connect artists and fans
• Prototype approaches and productionize ML solutions at scale for millions of users
• Promote best practices for ML systems development, testing, and evaluation
• Actively contribute to a strong ML practitioner community at Spotify
• This team operates in GMT/CET time zone for collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced ML practitioner tackling complex real-world problems
• Strong ML, NLP, and Generative AI background with real-world apps
• Hands-on end-to-end production ML systems experience; LLM-scale a plus
• Experience using human feedback to improve LLMs (DPO, KTO, RLHF)
• Experience drafting end-to-end specs and modular ML architectures with product teams
• Experience with Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
