Machine Learning Engineer - IV (Biometrics)

📋 Description

• Lead CV biometrics systems for face attributes, detection, quality, recognition
• Assess fairness and benchmark models across datasets and conditions
• Architect, train, and optimize models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Own end-to-end ML pipelines; design Airflow data ingestion/cleansing
• Optimize for low-latency inference; deploy on AWS (SageMaker/EC2/EKS)
• Mentor ML engineers; drive best practices across the CV team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ML experience; 3+ years biometrics/face analysis
• Deep CV/biometrics expertise, especially face recognition
• Fairness mindset: measure and mitigate disparate impact
• Strong Python skills; production-ready code with Pillow/OpenCV/PyTorch
• End-to-end ML pipelines (Data -> Train -> Deploy); Airflow
• Cloud Native: multi-GPU training; AWS SageMaker/EC2/EKS
