Machine Learning Engineer - IV (Biometrics)

📋 Description

• Lead design and development of CV biometrics systems (face recognition)
• Architect and train end-to-end ML pipelines (data to deployment) with Airflow
• Optimize models for low-latency inference (quantization, TensorRT/ONNX) on AWS
• Mentor ML engineers and drive best practices across the CV team
• Use PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX to build models; evaluate fairness across datasets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ML; at least 3 years biometrics or face analysis
• Deep CV/biometrics expertise, especially face recognition
• Fairness: measure and mitigate bias across datasets
• Strong Python: production-ready code; Pillow, OpenCV, PyTorch
• End-to-end ML pipelines: data to deploy; Airflow
• Cloud native: multi-GPU training and AWS deployment (SageMaker/EC2/EKS)
