📋 Description

• Design, scale, evaluate, and ship ML-driven reward signals for recommendations.
• Lead collaboration across Personalization to integrate and A/B test signals.
• Promote ML systems best practices inside and across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• ML background; statistics/optimization; seq models, transformers, LLMs, fine-tuning.
• Extensive cross-team ML projects and stakeholder management.
• Production ML systems at scale in Java/Scala/Python.
• Distributed data processing: Beam, Spark, Scio; cloud: GCP or AWS.
• Advocate agile, data-driven development, reliability, experimentation.
