🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/PhD preferred in CS/ML.
• 4+ years ML experience (data engineering/science).
• Expert in large-scale language/vision models (Transformers, VLMs).
• Proficient in Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas, numpy.
• Strong background in probability, statistics, and optimization.
• Familiar with cloud ML tools (AWS SageMaker).
• Familiar with software engineering basics: version control, reproducibility, CI.
• Experience with multimodal data processing.
