Work with large-scale data systems and infrastructure.
Productionize multimodal and semantic retrieval at scale for Dash.
Partner with product, design, and infra to improve retrieval, ranking, and conversations.
Build and iterate quick prototypes for multimodal interactions and workflows.
Run quality and performance benchmarks across components and end-to-end pipelines.
On-call work may be necessary occasionally.

🎯 Requirements

BS, MS, or PhD in CS, Math, Statistics, or related field.
5+ years engineering experience; 3+ years building ML/AI systems.
Experience with NLP, deep learning, or Bayesian reasoning.
Proficiency in Python, Go, and C/C++.
Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Familiarity with semantic search, embeddings, vector retrieval, and ranking metrics.
