PhD or Master’s with 3+ years in CS/ML/AI, or equivalent experience
LLM expertise: pretraining, fine-tuning (SFT/RLHF), prompts, RAG
Experience building Agentic AI systems: multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, planning
Experience shipping production ML/AI at scale: ML infra, model serving, MLOps
Excellent communication across Engineering, Product, and Design
