🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and deploying ML models at scale.
• Experience applying methods to real-world consumer data.
• Experience in search, recommendations, NLP, and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks.
• Strong communication and leadership; able to align teams remotely.
• Excellent product instincts; prioritize users over pure tech.
