Machine Learning Engineer - Computer Vision

📋 Description

• Design, train, and deploy computer vision models to production with performance targets.
• Own end-to-end ML pipeline: data prep, feature engineering, training, evaluation.
• Build automated ML pipelines with training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Conduct discovery spikes to validate feasibility and inform go/no-go decisions.
• Integrate ML solutions with observability tooling and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with software, data engineers, and product stakeholders to integrate ML into CompanyCam.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years shipping ML models to production
• Experience with computer vision: image classification, segmentation, object detection
• Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow; familiarity with transformers/CNNs
• Strong SQL: joins, subqueries, window functions, and CTEs
• Data analysis, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering
• Git, experiment tracking, and ML development best practices
