📋 Description

• Architect Chakra end-to-end (agent design, convo mgmt, scoring, reports).
• Build systems to ensure interview consistency at scale.
• Design evaluation and benchmarking pipelines for interview quality.
• Build fine-tuning and RLHF workflows for task-specific judgment.
• Define the quality bar and instrument system performance.
• Work across data pipelines, model serving, latency, and product UX.

🎯 Requirements

• Built and shipped agentic or conversational AI systems in production.
• Strong intuition for where LLM behavior breaks down and how to fix.
• Think in systems: conversation architecture, eval, serving infra, UX.
• Care about end-user quality, not just metrics.
• Experience building multi-turn conversational agents.
• Experience with RLHF, Constitutional AI, or preference-based fine-tuning.
