Architect and develop Chakra end to end: agent design, convo mgmt, scoring, reports
Build systems to ensure interview consistency at scale (200k interviews)
Design evaluation/benchmarking pipelines for interview quality and consistency
Build fine-tuning and RLHF workflows to improve model judgment
Own quality bar; define good interviews and measure how well we meet it
Work across data pipelines, model serving, latency, and product UX

🎯 Requirements

Built and shipped agentic or conversational AI systems in production
Strong intuition for where LLMs fail in real-world use and fixes
Think in systems: convo architecture, eval model, serving infra, and UX as one problem
Care about user-level quality for outputs, not just metrics
Experience building multi-turn conversational agents or interview-style AI
Experience with RLHF, Constitutional AI, or preference-based fine-tuning
