• Architect Chakra end-to-end: agent design and report generation.
• Build systems to ensure interview consistency at scale.
• Design evaluation and benchmarking pipelines for quality and experience.
• Build fine-tuning and RLHF workflows to improve model judgment.
• Own the quality bar and define what a good interview looks like.
• Work across the full stack: data pipelines, model serving, latency, UX.

🎯 Requirements

• Built and shipped agentic/conversational AI in production.
• Strong intuition for LLM behavior in real-world conditions.
• Think in systems: architecture, evaluation, serving, and UX.
• Focus on quality and user impact.
• Experience with RLHF, Constitutional AI, or preference-based fine-tuning.
• Background in dialogue systems or rubric-based scoring.
