🎯 Requirements
- Domain expertise in spoken language proficiency assessment
- Strong experience in evaluation and validation for assessment systems
- 4+ years building automatic proficiency assessment systems
- PhD is helpful but not required
- Proven ability to ship ML models to production (reliability, monitoring, iteration)
- ML/analysis skills: statistics, Python, PyTorch
