📋 Description

• Design, build, and improve ML training and inference pipelines.
• Apply ML and prompt engineering for AI-driven experiences.
• Create evaluation frameworks, incl. LLM-as-judge pipelines.
• Partner with music experts to bootstrap training data and taxonomy.
• Build scalable systems balancing velocity with production rigor.
• Collaborate with Data Science to tie evals to usage signals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience deploying ML in production environments.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, eval systems, and shipping features.
• Experience building production ML systems with Python/Java/Scala.
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines for training data.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Ability to explain ML concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building user-facing products and conversational AI.
• Thrives in fast, cross-functional, experimental teams.
